Delivery & preparation
Location: Remote document review with optional in-person intake in Hualien County by appointment
Preparation: Provide the draft application, financial statements, and any lender or funder instruction sheet already received.
Constraints: We do not certify applications as approved; we examine completeness and internal consistency against the stated checklist.
Fee basis: Fixed fee scaled to packet size and number of facilities under review
