How we work

From intake folder to findings memorandum

Application audits follow a measured sequence so both sides know when figures are frozen, when questions are allowed, and when the written findings arrive.

Hands organizing folders and notes during a review
  1. Outline & checklist. You describe the institution, the facility or grant call, and whether a checklist already exists. We confirm whether a full audit, consistency check, grant review, or amendment audit fits.
  2. Engagement note. We send a fixed fee, delivery window, and list of documents required to start. Work begins after the deposit described in our refund policy.
  3. Packet freeze. You deliver a dated draft. Material rewrites mid-review pause the clock and may require a revised fee.
  4. Line reading. We reconcile schedules, narratives, and exhibits against the checklist, noting inconsistencies and missing support.
  5. Findings delivery. You receive a written memorandum with prioritized remediation notes and one clarification call.

What to gather before intake

  • Draft application forms and narrative sections
  • Financial statements and cash-flow exhibits referenced in the packet
  • Collateral or budget schedules with source valuations or counts
  • Any prior lender or funder correspondence

If you are still assembling the file, a shorter consistency check may be more useful than a full audit. We will say so plainly.
