Clearpoint Application Audit grew from years of sitting with credit and grant packets that looked finished on Friday and drew clarification letters on Monday.
Origin
The practice began in Hualien County after repeated late-night reconciliations of collateral schedules, cash-flow exhibits, and lender checklists for mid-market borrowers and nonprofit applicants across Taiwan. Clients needed someone who would read the packet as a decision desk would—without also selling bookkeeping, brokerage, or negotiation services.
How we work
We take a limited number of engagements so each findings memorandum can be specific. Intake clarifies the target checklist. Review happens against that checklist, not against a generic template. Delivery includes one clarification call; further rounds are scoped separately.
