Who this engagement is for

Organisations preparing a funding or filing application that includes a cost schedule — wages, materials, subcontractors, overheads, or matching contributions — and need an independent eye before the document leaves the building. We also support teams responding to a funder’s clarification round when cost lines have been challenged.

What you receive

  • A mapped review of every cost line against the supporting invoices, contracts, timesheets, or quotations you provide
  • A findings memo written in plain language, ordered by severity
  • A list of lines that are eligible as presented, lines that need stronger evidence, and lines that should be withdrawn or restated
  • One revised cost schedule draft (spreadsheet) when you ask us to propose corrected figures
  • A short briefing call to walk through the findings with your finance contact

What is not included

  • Preparing the narrative sections of the application itself
  • Formal statutory audit opinions under Thai law
  • Guaranteeing that a funder will accept the application
  • Bookkeeping cleanup for periods outside the cost schedule under review

How the work proceeds

  1. Scoping call — We confirm the funder or tender rules, the period covered, and which annexes are in scope.
  2. Document intake — You send the cost schedule, related ledgers, and supporting packs through a shared folder we agree in writing.
  3. Line testing — We sample and, where the annex is short, test each material line against evidence and eligibility notes.
  4. Findings draft — You receive a memo and a tracked list of recommended changes.
  5. Close-out briefing — We answer questions and, if requested, hand over a corrected schedule draft.

Preparation on your side

Please gather the final or near-final cost annex, the funder’s cost guidance (or tender pricing rules), contracts for major suppliers, payroll extracts for claimed staff time, and any prior clarification letters. Incomplete packs slow the review; we will tell you early if something essential is missing.

Constraints and delivery

Reviews are document-led. Site visits are available when physical stock, plant, or site works form a large share of claimed costs. We work in English; Thai-language source documents are accepted when accompanied by a working translation of key terms.

Pricing basis

Engagements start at THB 48,000 for a single-programme annex of moderate length. Multi-year or multi-partner schedules are quoted after we see page count and evidence volume. A deposit of 40% confirms the booking; the balance is due on delivery of the findings memo.

Next step

Request a review and tell us the funder type, the size of the cost schedule, and your filing deadline. We reply within two business days with availability and a fee range.
